• Capacity Development Provider

xchange is a Philippine impact ecosystem builder that incubates mission-driven enterprises for the common good. Established in 2011, it invests in early-stage impact organizations and provides tailored mentorship, advisory, and support services, to help these organizations achieve scale, sustainability and investment-readiness in the shortest amount of time possible. xchange engages with organizations whose core mission is the creation of social value. We work very closely with the enterprise and contribute particular expertise in enterprise management, finance, and philanthropy built over decades of experience. We work closely and openly with mission-aligned partners to build a robust ecosystem with effective actors that are committed to maximizing social value over time. This is borne out of a recognition that our most important social and environmental problems will not be solved by acting alone, and that concerted collaborative innovation are necessary to achieve progress.
