Project Kwenza focuses on capacity building, developing skills and work experience for unemployed youth. Currently, the project is providing work experience for mechatronics students from Mangosuthu University of Technology requiring practical experience in order to graduate. Students are developing scarce skills, future skills, entrepreneurial education and developing pathways for employment with industry partners.
