Phandeeyar builds a pool of local technical talent and start-ups that can develop the digital products and services that the country needs. Phandeeyar Accelerator program invests in promising start-ups, providing them with seed funding, coaching, mentoring and access to investors. It also offers pre-accelerator programs, such as Silicon Valley's Founder Institute, Start-up Challenge (Myanmar biggest start-up competition), helping aspiring entrepreneurs to launch their companies. Phandeeyar also runs classes, workshops, hackathons and a Makerspace to help developers and designers improve their skills.
