Creative Entrepreneurs Graduate Academy creates access to new and emerging talent. Grads are signed up through a recruitment process and given access to Members Only office at our co-working studio, this is used as base for job seeking, portfolio improvements, and allows Grads to assimilate to the work place environment. Open Plan implements research, swot analysis and development tasks, and monitors progress of individuals, as well as introduces tools and process via workshops/guest speakers plugging into already existing events.
