Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) is the government agency responsible for intellectual property (IP) matters, from creation to commercialization as well as protection against IP violation, both domestic and international level. The department is committed to standardize and digitize the IP system correspondingly to Thailand 4.0 policy by 2022.
