The Digital Innovation Program supports early stage startups focused on using new technology tools to solve problems in 5 key sector verticals: Health, Education, Financial Inclusion, Sustainable Energy and Agriculture. Under the Program for example The Health Innovation vertical (Merck Entrepreneurial Development Space-MEDSpace) is built to provide support for early stage startups focused on creating solutions to major health issues across West Africa. The program is funded by Merck and supported by Facebook, Yale School of Management and the Unreasonable Institute.
