EY Projects is a heavily-subsidised extension of EY's global consulting practice where we work hands-on at low, accessible rates for leading enterprises that are creating social value in the developing world. Our clients change lives by creating steady jobs and affordable access to agriculture, financial inclusion, etc. We typically send experienced EY people to help clients improve their productivity and growth prospects with focused, hands-on 1-3 month projects across a wide range of areas, including strategy, reporting, financial and operational management, HR, IT, customer insights and supply chain management.
