This innovative incubation program aims to assist black owned, SMMEs by providing business skills and technical skills that will aid in the development and growth of their business. Ultimately, this incubation program aims to assist these businesses to move closer to becoming suppliers that can participate in the core business of Transnet (Port, Rail and Pipelines). As part of the incubator support, the company receives: Office space and related office infrastructure, training and assistance on technical aspects of their business, training and assistance on business related systems and processes, and assistance in getting access to markets
