The Creative Enterprises Hub is a 12-month programme takes business-owners in the creative arts through learning that is adapted to meet their circumstances and appropriate to their business needs. Participants progressively learn the necessary and relevant aspects of a creative arts business at their own convenience using a smart-phone, tablet or computer. Arts-business owners learn how to get 'access to market' and increase their sales, thereby improving available cash and profit. They learn to manage their money better, making it easier to plan and to raise funding. This is done through online self-study at their convenience during the week over the course of the programme. At the weekly support workshops, their learning is applied to their own businesses while trainers, coaches or mentors refer to the participants' exercises. Over the course of the programme, participants develop their business models, marketing plans, financial documents and business plans. Ultimately, we aim to ensure that each cohort of successful participants will independently manage and grow their sustainable arts businesses.
