The South-South Entrepreneurship Development Centre, was established by Central Bank of Nigeria in Calabar, Cross River State in January 2013. A tripartie agreement was executed between the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Cross River State Government (CRSG), and SHIELD Academy Partners Limited (SAPL), appointed as the Implementing Agency.
