Banpu Champions for Change (BC4C) was launched in 2011 as an extended activity of the initiative to promote young social entrepreneurs that Banpu has been running since 2006. The Company has developed its initiative into the support of creative and potential young people who can influence changes in running social enterprises that underline the link of business, society and environment based on ethical business management. BC4C is open to young people aged 20-35 years nationwide forming a group of maximum four people to propose a social enterprise business plan on solving a social problem or developing, community or environmental by maximizing their own talents and interests in order to win initial funding from the program.
