• Capacity Development Provider
The Africa Internship Academy, based in Accra, Ghana, is pioneering a homegrown and sustainable approach to employment that capitalizes on the existing talents, knowledge, and financing opportunities within the Accra area and beyond. The AIA team is primarily tasked with developing partnerships and networks and works to connect its young interns and fellows with these connections for further work experience and often a job offer. Every month, a new cohort of interns is trained in business and critical thinking skills. Most importantly, the interns gain access to the business and political elite in Accra, through which sustained relationships of mentorship can be developed.
